Dedicated to Quality Service and Quality Coffee

We pride ourselves on providing locally sourced products to our Central Florida customers. We primarily work with partners right here in the Central Florida area to provide the freshest, most natural products possible. Our smoothies are made from real fruit and only include simple ingredients. Our energy drinks use a plant-based all natural caffeine infused with any of our all natural flavorings. Most products we carry are gluten free, GMO free, and have no preservatives. We care about what goes in our bodies and what we serve to you.

The Owners

Katie and Jesse are the owner/operators of Ground Up Coffee Bar. Jesse and Katie met in 2005 at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. They married in 2007 and have two children. They lived in Oregon for several years until moving to Florida in 2021 with the intentions of opening a coffee stand in Florida.

Katie was a barista for six years with the companies Starbucks and Dutch Bros. In 2021, Katie left her 8-year career in the medical-spa industry to start Ground Up Coffee Bar with her husband Jesse. Jesse spent six years with the Oregon National Guard including one year overseas. In 2021, Jesse left his 11-year career in Law Enforcement to start Ground Up Coffee Bar with Katie.
